We are looking for an outstanding Healthcare provider (MD, DO, PA-C, NP-C) to join our team!

We are looking for a Provider licensed in Arizona with interest in learning and treating hormone replacement and weight loss management to evaluate and treat patients looking to improve the quality of their lives. We primarily provide hormone replacement, but do offer many weight loss options, as well as some very limited primary care.

Our clinic hours are M-F 8:30-6:00. No weekends, no holidays, no on call. Competitive Salary based on experience and degree level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65.00 - $110.00 per hour
