CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD
Job Posting for CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEAD at Balance of Nature
Balance of Nature is a whole food supplement company that’s changing the world, one life at a time.
Located in Hurricane, Utah, we are looking for a full-time, on-site Customer Support Team Lead.
You will provide quality customer support by improving you and your team’s strategy and approach to customer service.
What you will do:
- Lead and create a great team environment
- Train your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Support your team members in meeting quotas and best practices
- Ensure you and your team follow company standards
- Implement daily games and roleplays to improve your team’s performance
- Update and delegate tasks to your team
- Set and review goals with agents for production improvement
- Handle escalated calls, account problems, and provide training
- Maintain accurate records and complete required evaluations
- Report schedule changes to manager and update schedules accordingly

Pay: $16.50 per hour Commission & Bonuses
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one Saturday per month, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
