We are hiring for " Property & Casualty Customer Service Representative " for our client in US.

Position : Customer Service Representative

Location : Work From Home

Pay - $18 / hour

Type : Direct Hire

Primary Responsibilities :

The Customer Service Licensed Associate is responsible for handling customer and agent inquiries, addressing various types of property and casualty policies and billing inquires in an efficient, professional, and accurate manner.

Employees in this position resolve service concerns, document customer requests and complete changes to policies that require a license.

Service to agents and customers will include inbound / outbound communication.

Environment, Physical & Other Requirements :

Working from home will require you to be at your computer with no interaction except for the incoming calls that you receive from your computer for up to 8 hours at a time.

The perception that we need to give is that you are working in a call center, not at home.

Approximately 15-20 associates report to a Team Leader

Calls are received via a headset.

Calls will be monitored for Quality purposes.

Clients have access to call recordings for monitoring purposes and often do test calls.

Team meetings are scheduled weekly.

Chat rooms are used for interaction with Team Leader and peers during the shift.

Frequent updates are sent via the internal email system and need to be reviewed between calls.

Occasional client enhancement training occurs including self-paced on-line learning.

License Requirements :

Property and Casualty Producer License & Personal Lines License

Preferences :

Insurance Industry experience would be considered a plus but not a requirement.

Training : 12pm- 8 : 30 pm EST Mon-Fri

Pay Rate : Bi-weekly, Friday

$18.00 / hr English, $20 / hr English / Spanish

Shift differential is $1 / hr for hours worked after 3pm Monday-Friday and $3 / hr for all hours worked on the weekend once the reps reach production.

Schedule post training :

7am-1 : 59am EST Sun-Sat

Tour bands for the upcoming classes Jan 2024 can be anytime between the start of 11am-1pm EST These are subject to change due to business needs.

Internet Speed Requirements :

50 combined MBPS down and up

Wired Connection required may need to purchase longer cord

Latency 99 Milliseconds or less and packet loss is 0% - ISPs

NON APPROVED T-Mobile and no wireless hotspots
