Responsibilities
- Perform chiropractic adjustments and manipulations to treat musculoskeletal conditions and promote overall wellness for members.
- Conduct thorough initial assessments and examinations of new members to determine their individual health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on members' progress and feedback.
- Educate members on the benefits of chiropractic care, proper body mechanics, and lifestyle modifications to support their overall health goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records for each member, including treatment notes, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide recommendations for therapeutic exercises, stretches, and other at-home care to complement in-office treatments.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in chiropractic care and health-related research to enhance treatment approaches and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the office (e.g., massage therapists, physical therapists, exercise physiologists) to offer comprehensive care to members.
- Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the office, ensuring a comfortable and stress-free experience for all members.
- Actively participate in marketing initiatives to attract and retain members, including community outreach, workshops, and promotional events.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring appropriate time allocation for each member's treatment.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards in all aspects of practice, including patient confidentiality and informed consent.
- Address members' concerns and questions promptly, providing clear explanations and maintaining excellent communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, including sanitizing equipment and following infection control protocols.
Qualifications
Doctorate of Chiropractic
2 Years Experience Recommended, but not Required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
