Key Responsibilities

Provide support to the office team through the following duties:

Customer service / phones

• Answer phones provide service or transfer calls.
• Handle incoming chat sessions.
• Ship packages from the office to other locations.

Fleet, logistics support.

• Field fleet calls and route accordingly
• Assist with various fleet related activities as assigned.
• Work with Fleet Manager, Dispatch and Drivers as needed for other duties.

Tradeshow coordinator

• Manage trade show calendar, coordinate & book travel for attendees (Sales)
• Responsible for shipment of displays, merchandise, and other tradeshow items to the show.
• Follow up with attendees to confirm travel and attendees.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills. Can learn new software programs quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Highly organized, planning & follow-up skills required.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Previous phone/call center and office experience required.
• Previous freight/logistics experience desired.
• Strong customer focus mind-set.
• Great oral and written communication skills a must.
• Friendly works well with others, results oriented, high level of energy and collaborative.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment.
• Must be dependable and flexible.
