SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELORS CADC or LADC required

Associates, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree required
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Substance Abuse Counselors to join our team. As a Substance Abuse Counselor, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery. Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan for each client
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions to address substance abuse issues
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals

- Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and encourage healthy coping strategies
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary

- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in substance abuse treatment

Experience:
- Minimum of [2] years of experience as a Substance Abuse Counselor or related field
- Strong knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and interventions
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
