Job Posting for Sales Representative at Baldur Roofing-Solar-Exteriors
To oversee the company’s sales activities. Making certain that the company’s marketing message and value is highlighted through our sales activities. Ensure that the company’s monthly sales budget is achieved by properly planning and managing all incoming sales leads and other referral sources available within the company. Establish company selling goals/budgets and objectives. Handle all company house accounts (builders, general contractors), growing house accounts each year.
Required Qualifications:
Three years related experience and/or training in customer service, management in a service industry, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of the industry is recommended but not required
High School Diploma
Valid driver’s license
Computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Organized
Advanced customer service skills.
Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly Duties:
Debrief on sales appointments
Prepare, analyze and coach weekly, monthly, yearly sales reports: Sales report, Lead Closing, Lead Source, and Maintenance Agreement Report
Follow up on the status of pending quotes
Make certain that job site signs are being posted
Ensure all retail jobs are being visited after completion for potential referral
Set appointments with customers and prepare proposals as necessary to meet call demand
Weekly sales meeting to review actual vs budgeted revenue goals
Maintain literature inventory, presentation and stamping with company name & phone.
Assist with closing jobs
Check the status of sales and leads on a daily basis
Track sales to the budget each day
Confirm sales team is meeting compliance with sales packet information
Increase the company’s referral business
Ensure that the company is offering financing on all proposals
Give sales presentations, as outlined in company selling process, use company presentation software and in home selling process
Stop by job sites when able to check status/quality
Other duties as assigned
Performance Indicators:
Frequency of sales team meeting target revenue goals
Ability of sales team to meet and follow sales policies and guidelines
Ability of sales team to generate an increasing number of their own leads
Customer satisfaction ratings above 95
Lead & sales performance report to owner every Monday by 10 am

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
1099 contract
