Monroe Manor Health & Rehabilitation Center in Monroeville, AL is seeking a Housekeeping / Laundry Supervisor to join our team.
The Supervisor will plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments.
Minimum Qualifications :
- Must be at least 18 years of age, High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a Supervisory capacity
- Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Must speak and understand English
- Training in environmental control and operation of laundry equipment practices and procedures
- Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly, maintain resident confidentiality, treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect
