Summary

Brick and Timber Inc. (“The Company”) is seeking a dynamic individual for a Licensed Independent Contractor Leasing Agent. This role is responsible for marketing and advertising available residential units within the Company’s managed multifamily portfolio in San Francisco. Duties will include virtual and in-person tours, negotiating rental rates based upon guidance from Company management, and providing a great customer service experience for existing and potential residents.

The Company is a property management company focused upon managing residential apartment properties in the Bay Area. The Company seeks to attract and retain motivated real estate professionals who love the unique local Bay Area culture.

• Maintain and further enhance the relationship with location specialists
• Focus on new resident needs by asking questions and building relationships
• Cross-sell other units and locations within the company’s apartment portfolio
• Explain neighborhood offerings such as the best local retail, shopping, and restaurant options near your available apartment listings
• Verify and screen applicants and qualify residents
• Draft and coordinate necessary documentation for securing a lease agreement
• Collaborate and coordinate with the property management, staging, and maintenance teams throughout the leasing and resident onboarding process
• Other projects as requested by Department Head

• A California Real Estate Salesperson or Brokerage license is required
• Motivated by a highly-competitive commission-based incentive structure
• 1 years of sales experience
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule including weekends as needed by prospective residents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize teamwork
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Desire to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate investment industry
