Job Summary
As a Table Games Floor (Pit) Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of multiple casino table games while on duty. You will review spread and staffing levels. In addition, you will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Foster an environment that embodies Bally’s Born to Entertain philosophy by creating a fun-filled, entertaining atmosphere
- Enthusiastically promote Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations
- Mentor team members to provide superior guest service
- Establish, implement, and enforce policies and procedures in accordance with regulatory requirements, Company initiatives, and organizational goals
- Properly staff and schedule table games department efficiently, keeping in mind special events, weather, and business conditions
- Train and develop table games team members through education, training, coaching, and corrective action
- Develop and maintain a safe, professional, and friendly work environment
- Oversee the overall integrity of the table games department
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must have knowledge of all casino game rules
- Must have knowledge of all applicable gaming regulations
- Must have a minimum of two years as a Table Games Floor Supervisor casino management required
- Requires above-average math skills
- Experience with scheduling and budgeting in a casino environment
- Strong organizational, planning, and supervisory skills are required
- Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
- Frequently required to push, kneel, climb, stoop, bend, and twist, as well as reach overhead
- Requires manual dexterity to deal and collect cards and chips
- Requires visual acuity to perform close-up activities and peripheral oversight
Work Environment
You may be exposed to bright lights, loud noise, and stressful situations in this position.
