The Role

We're looking for a highly motivated, collaborative growth marketer to manage the performance of our free-to-play and partner media marketing. This role will be a key driver of customer acquisition for the Bally Interactive Group and responsible for activation of customers via internal and external partnerships.

The role will suit a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist with experience of multi-channel marketing campaigns (PPC, Paid Social and Programmatic advertising experience is especially relevant). You will translate the strategic aims of these workstreams into end-to-end campaigns and results. You will benefit from the support of our wider Performance Marketing team to ensure branding, campaign execution and reporting is aligned to the overall organization, enabling you to drive incremental improvement in our free-to-play and Partner Media channels.


What You Will Do:

  • Effectiveness and reporting of our free-to-play and Partner Media acquisition funnels.
  • Acquisition strategy for F2P products, including cross-sell into relevant real-money gaming/betting products.
  • Establishing tracking and reporting for our free-to-play and partner media channels including maintaining and improving dashboards to easily share performance trends and ROI from campaigns.
  • Reconciliation of campaign delivery against our contracts.
  • Managing approach to marketing data collection and reporting improvements including tag and analytics deployments across our network of sites and apps as well as our Partner Media placements.
  • Monitoring and assisting in delivery of Data and Product team requests required for the channels.

Collaboratively responsible for:

  • Collaborating with internal product teams to design compelling competitions and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Brand & Content Marketing teams to shape overall marketing strategy for these categories.
  • Working alongside our Retail properties to ensure on-site activations are tracked and optimized.
  • Applying advertising technology best practice from our Performance Marketing, Operations & Capabilities teams across our network of free-to-play and Partner Media websites and apps.
  • Driving growth via our Conversion and Refer-a-Friend journeys.

Who You Are:

  • 5 years of managerial and marketing leadership roles recommended.
  • Highly numerate individual, you will be managing the P&L of the activities you are responsible for.
  • Experience of budget-setting and experience that demonstrates you are driven by hitting KPI-led goals across your activities.
  • Excellent communicator and natural collaborator, able to influence multiple internal and external stakeholders; clear when briefing design and product teams and responsible for providing Senior leadership with regular written and verbal performance updates.
  • Organized individual and ideally familiar with project management tools such as Monday.com and JIRA.
