The Role and the Team
We are looking for a Manager to lead our Sports Marketing Retention Group. This position will lead complex cross-functional projects, collaborate with groups both internal and clients of Marketing to drive customer retention and engagement. This position will report to the Director of Retention Marketing.
What You Will Do
- Manage a team of marketing agents and work with data analysts to produce specific insights and promotions around customer behavior, year over year trends, and drivers of business performance.
- Be a Key Stakeholder in the development of our Marketing Tools.
- Oversee budget, development, and execution of all retention programs, including season launches, promotions, and lifecycle programs
- Responsible for the relationships with existing clients through CRM systems ensure the system provides an effective conversion funnel
- Forecast key metrics including Turnover, NGR, RTP%
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing calendar
- Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and return to player %
- Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective and existing customers.
- Daily work with marketing automation, CRM, data services, and lead management methods.
- Create, plan, implement and maintain KPIs on marketing and platform performance.
- Analyze marketing and platform performance; Develop insights and make recommendations for improvement.
- Interpret state laws at a high-level what types of promos we can/can't offer, properly evaluate competitive landscape for a launch scenario, and develop tactics that win big on customer acquisition and product cross-sell.
What You Will Bring
- 5 years' in the gaming, development, marketing field. Minimum 3 years in Casino Operations
- 10 years' experience in delivering analytic results working within database marketing, CRM, and analytics ideally in the marketing or marketing research field.
- 5 years' experience working in a management or leadership capacity.
- Experience developing and managing CRM.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to take a hands-on execution role where required to support client needs and team development
- Highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
- Must have working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
