Responsibilities:

  • Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
  • Collects payments by accepting cash, debt or credit charge payments from guest
  • Balances cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Resolves customer issues and answers questions.
  • Maximize serving floor space by seating guests at appropriate tables.
  • Must be able to obtain an ABO License and Responsible Vendors License.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Preferred Education and Experience:

Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Education

Required
  • Technical/other training or better
  • High School or better

Licenses & Certifications

Required
  • LA Alc Compliance Trainer
  • Alc. Beverage Operator
