Compensation:

$50,000 - $70,000

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and lead technician mentorship, guidance, and training programs
  • Correspond with customers, technicians, and senior management
  • Audit the company’s vehicles, equipment, and tools
  • Review the work of your team of technicians
  • Implement workplace policies and standards

  • Responsible for retention and new sales
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors, coworkers and the community


Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • 1-3 years of experience as a technician in related field required
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; Preference for candidates with associate’s or bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in pest or termite control is highly preferred. Experience in sales and/or management is a plus
  • Basic computer/technology skills are required

About Company


We are a small, family-owned and operated business that started in 1930. David, the owner, is the 3rd generation of Bama Exterminating. Two of his children, Joseph and Anna Beth, also work at Bama and will be 4th generation owners. We do residential and commercial pest and termite control, as well as Christmas Decor in the winter.
