The Salesforce Solution Engineer will be a talented, passionate, and self-directed individual, responsible for leading technical initiatives and aligning technical solutions to the needs of the business. The ideal candidate for this position will have working knowledge of Salesforce's Sales, Service, Financial Services and Marketing Clouds in addition to its security and integration capabilities. Candidates in this role are expected to have expert level knowledge of the Salesforce Lightning platform, Apex/LWC, and are abreast of the newest technologies supplied by Salesforce itself. Solutions Architect will play a critical role shaping, designing and successfully delivering integrated Salesforce solutions and will translate business requirements into technical design while developing robust solutions for each project.
Must Have:
- Ability to lead design meetings and interact with executive level project sponsors.
- Certifications: Platform Developer/Platform App Builder.
- Define best practices and standards for design, development, UI, integrations, deployments, documentation.
- Experienced Salesforce Apex/LWC developer, with a strong interest to learn new languages and frameworks as needed.
- Experience implementing a strategy for monitoring user platform adoption and data quality and retention
- In depth understanding of the Salesforce product suite including CRMA, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, and Marketing cloud.
- Leverage communication capabilities to build relationships with key members of the IT and business teams.
- Proficient in Salesforce best practices, design patterns and design limitations.
- Understanding of integration points with Salesforce leveraging AWS.
Nice To Have:
- Experience in Data Integration and ETL processes, like AWS, Mulesoft or SnapLogic.
- Extensive use of development tools such as Postman, Heroku, Jenkins and GitHub
- Salesforce Architecture Certification
