We are looking for a friendly and professional Hotel Desk Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, check-ins/outs, answering incoming calls, managing reservations, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment. Experience in travel or familiarity with hostels is a plus. Living locally in Los Angeles near Hollywood or having a short commute is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest check-ins/outs.
  • Process reservations from OTA's.
  • Process guest's payments with accuracy.
  • Greet visitors, provide excellent customer service.
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Work setting:

  • In-person

Experience:

  • Hotel or Hostel: 1 year (Preferred)
