POSITION SUMMARY
Assist lending staff with daily responsibilities including document collection, closing, booking and funding loans, handling loan payments and advances, telephone and personal interaction with customers and third party venders to accommodate banking needs and solve problems and other general duties. Position will require proficient knowledge of BancFirst Loan Policy and Procedures, the Uniform Commercial Code, Business Law, Real Estate Law, and Federal Compliance Regulations, the training for which will be provided by BancFirst.

Taking Applications in Decision Pro
Correspond with applicant to gather required financial information for the loan approval process
Maintain open communication with members of the loan department as to the status of the loan and with vendors and any other interested parties to the loan transaction
Order preliminary title work, UCC searches, Flood Certificates, environmental reports, Credit Reports, and other data
Coordinate with loan officer regarding issues with the Policy, Procedures & Loan Compliance
Review closing documents prior to loan funding and ensure any pending items are addressed
Coordinate with borrower and/or insurance agent for lapsed or expiring insurances
Assist in obtaining updated financial statements, credit reports, rent rolls, and other financial information to maintain the servicing file
Provide payoff information to customers or other organizations
Take loan payments and advances
Work Lenders Technical Exceptions
Book and Fund Loans
Perform other job related duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications
Excellent customer service, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multi-task and present information in a logical manner
Detail oriented and able to work well under stress and/or deadlines
Regular attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job
PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Lending experience
Knowledge of loan process and loan documentation
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Constant use of computer screens
Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear
Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching
Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday
Long periods of typing and repetitive motion
Ability to lift and/or move and carry up to 5 pounds
