Full Time:  M-F

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.  Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Editing of consumer, commercial and TRID Loan Documents for compliance with regulations, bank policies and bank procedures

Responsible for identifying and tracking technical exceptions and loan covenants

Responsible for identification and tracking of insurance coverage on loans

Pre and Post Review of collateral perfection requirements

Scan loan documents to Vision Content

Check back of loan activity on Horizon and Vision Content

Report HMDA and CRA Loans Monthly

File Mortgage, Liens and UCC’s

Preparation of Reports for Loan Meetings 

Share responsibility for completion of all departmental objectives

Assist with other job related duties and special projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Travel within Oklahoma for training

Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, banking software applications

Ability to communicate verbally, e-mail, and in writing

Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters 

Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers while maintaining a positive attitude

Must be able to inter-act with other offices, departments, and vendors for accurate resolutions to problems and errors

Outstanding listening and communications skills, both written and verbal

Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks

Critical thinking skills

Excellent work ethic

Attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens and reading of reports

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, multi-line telephone, photocopier, scanner and facsimile

Regularly required to sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear  

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching to file materials

Regularly lift and/or move and carry up to 10 pounds
