Summary:
The Quality Specialist will conduct detailed quality review, analysis, and reporting for various Loan Operations processes including, but not limited to, documentation, booking, servicing, and collateral management. This position will also play a critical role in overall department quality efforts consisting of process improvement, procedures, and training.

Job Duties Addendum: Quality Specialist
Review and validate consumer and moderately to highly complex commercial documentation packages (including new money deals, renewals, modifications and extensions) to validate appropriate lending authority, covenants, terms and conditions are in accordance with credit policy guidelines, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Review and validate all required due diligence activities are properly conducted and approved, such as a detailed review of entity documentation, UCC's searches, etc., Ensure that all exceptions are addressed at, or prior to loan closing, and any waivers or deviations from policy are properly documented.
Validate loan codes applicable to customer, loan type, purpose, collateral, etc.
Ensure the delivery of accurate loan documentation packages in a timely manner while ensuring that the final package correctly incorporates the terms of the credit approval document, as well as regulatory and internal credit and policy standards.
Build strong relationships with Processing and Lending teams, as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
5 years or greater consumer or commercial loan experience
5 years or greater Q/C experience
Six-Sigma and/or Project Management experience a plus
Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
FIS Bankway, Laser Pro, and/or ACBS experience preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
