Bancroft is currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our Business Transformation Systems Department.
The IT Project Manager oversees all aspects of Bancroft’s IT projects, including managing a team of employees (who do not directly report to them) to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified scope. They collaborate closely with the technical team to design solutions and implement life-cycle methodologies for Bancroft’s software systems. The IT Project Manager also works closely with company stakeholders to determine goals and strategize a plan for new solution releases according to their needs and preferences. They then meet with the project teams to build a schedule and deadlines for the upcoming project. The IT Project Manager continuously inspects the progress to ensure it meets the business needs and remains on track. Post-go-live, they hold a retrospective session to determine lessons learned and continual improvement opportunities.

- Define project roles and responsibilities with stakeholders
- Maintain project time frames and status reports.
- Collaborate with team members to understand organizational and operational challenges
- Keep up to date on the latest applications used by the organization
- Implement new IT operations into the company from the initial idea to the project completion
- Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals
- Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees
- Coordinating project team members and developing schedules
- Implementing strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget
- Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Conducting risk assessments for projects and develop mitigation plans
- Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progres
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Business.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered in place of a degree.
- Proficient with computer business applications.
- Prior experience in Health and Human Services, specifically in the Autism and IDD space, is preferred .
- Prior Experience is Core Solutions CX360 or other similar EHR- Preferred.
- Project Management Skills Preferred PMP, Scrum, or similar experience
- Knowledge of electronic health records and healthcare information regulations is beneficial.
