SUMMARY: The Human Resources Director is responsible for direct supervision and administration of all Bandit Lites Human Resources items. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Understand, abide, and instill the philosophy, policies, and procedures of the “Bandit Standard.”
Follow process and procedure in the Bandit Lites Employee Guidelines.
Ensure local, state, and federal labor compliance through policy and procedure.
Handle complaints, terminations, claims, needs, and issues.
Employee relations.
Encourage employee training and continuing education.
Maintain employee records.
Recruit and screen applicants.
Benefits research and administration such as health insurance, 401k, and other programs.
Maintain time off benefits as well as attendance.
Maintain worker’s compensation coverage and claims.
Assist with payroll as required.
Employee training and education.
Assist with safety compliance as appropriate.
Develop and revise company policies and procedures.
Oversee employee performance evaluations.
Maintain employee relations and needs.
Engage and be pleasant with all employees, vendors, clients, and others.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; use of basic office equipment and multi-line phone.
