Position Summary:
Sets and cleans eating area tables before, during, and after meal service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves water as guests are seated.
- Assists in carrying food trays to tables.
- Removes soiled dishes, glassware silverware, and trash from the table; brings them to the dishwashing area.
- Removes soiled linen and replaces it with clean linen.
- Cleans tabletops prior to resetting.
- Sets tables with silverware, glassware, and clean linen.
- Cleans the floors in the dining areas.
- Stocks servers’ station with supplies.
- Assists servers in their tasks.
- Collects trash from dining areas, grill, and other specified places after each serving period.
- Dusts chairs before and after meals.
- Keeps ice bins and buckets filled.
- May function as Expeditor to ensure orders from kitchen ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and timeliness.
- May function as Room Service Attendant to deliver orders to guest rooms with Company vehicle.
- Other duties as requested.
Qualifications:
- Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/weekends.
- Positive attitude, professional manner, and appearance in all situations.
- Oregon Food Handlers Card
- Oregon Liquor Control Commission permit
- Valid Oregon Driver’s License

Working Conditions:
Work hours may include days and evenings on weekdays and weekends. Work primarily indoors in a restaurant/lounge environment, with some outdoor work involving patio, pool, and on-course service. Will be exposed to sharp utensils, extremely hot stoves and grills, sharp and rapid equipment movements, hot food, potentially dangerous chemicals and solvents on a daily basis. May be exposed, from time to time, to inclement weather, potentially dangerous pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers, equipment movement hazards, and misdirected golf balls. Injury may result as a result of exposure to the above if safety policies and practices are not properly followed at all times.

Kitchen appliances, equipment, utensils, etc. And telephone.
Physical Requirements:
Must have the ability to:
- Follow verbal and written instructions.
- Visually inspect all workspaces.
- Communicate verbally with customers.
- Stand, walk, push, pull, lift, grasp, bend and kneel for up to five hours at a time without sitting.
- Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 30 pounds frequently and 10 pounds constantly.
