Bandwidth is seeking a service-orientated Salesforce Administrator eager to roll up their sleeves and support our continued success. We offer a dynamic and challenging environment in which you will apply your detail-oriented technical and analytical skills, aiding the continued growth and adoption of our Salesforce platform in support of the assigned goals of the company.
What You'll Do:
- Providing Tier 2 Support to End-users and analysts
- Developing system processes and flows based on new or existing business processes
- Integrating new software packages
- Managing users, data, and security
- Creating and modifying reports and searches
- Documenting customizations and processes
- Responsible for maintaining SOX/ISO compliance.
- Supporting audit requests as needed
What You Need:
- 2 years of Salesforce administration experience within Sales Cloud.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Acute attention to detail
- Basic relational database knowledge
- Ability to break down complex problems into manageable objectives and deliverables
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated and with the ability to work independently and in team environments.
Bonus Points:
- 1 or more Salesforce Administrator certifications, advanced certifications preferred
- Degree in IT / IS or related field
- Agile development or delivery experience
- Experience with:
- SOQL, SOSL, REST web services, Visualforce/APEX, and Lightning
- Salesforce CPQ, Marketo, Salesforce Service Cloud
