Required Qualifications:
- *Bachelor’s Degree in Education from an accredited college or university
- *Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsement, qualified to teach in Michigan
- *Highly Qualified by ESSA Standards
- *High level of communication skills
- *Ability to help create positivity and thrive in a professional environment that is one of mutual respect, teamwork, and accountability.
- *To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- *Must pass a criminal background check as required by School Safety Legislation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- *Prior teaching/student teaching experience
- *Enthusiastic, energetic & highly organized
- *Experience with differentiated instruction strategies to benefit all learners and meet the needs of individual students
- *Understanding and/or experience with Professional Learning Communities (PLC) training
- *Willing to do what it takes!
