- Field and process requests for the use of Peakes and related spaces according to BSD policy.
- Maintain the online Peakes calendar, including the scheduling of approved event requests.
- Train and supervise Peakes staff and coordinate staff coverage of approved events.
- Coordinate the preparation of the auditorium and other space(s) approved for event use.
- Ensure that groups using the facility are received and provided access to specified event space(s).
- Ensure provision of general support and direction to the group and guests during Peakes events.
- Ensure availability of technical support for events as specified in the approved agreement.
- Ensure appropriated security of space(s) used at the conclusion of events.
- Oversees a process of timely and thorough communication of any event issues.
- Reconcile documents for use of Peakes and related(s)/fees to prepare for billing.
- Perform such other duties, consistent with this position, as determined by the principal.
