Commercial Loan Doc Reviewer
Hours: PST
Duties: Candidate will need to be knowledgeable of commercial loan documents and commercial lending, deed of trust, financial statement.
Location: This role is currently remote however candidate should be local to Los Angeles as they will be expected to go into the office once it has re-opened. At this time there is no return date.
Summary:
- Under direct supervision, uses basic knowledge and skills obtained through on-the-job training to prepare, sort, scan and index documents for the imaging process.
- Resolves routine questions and problems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and distribute documents received from branches and/or other departments.
- Scrutinize branch scanned documents for acceptability into workflow.
- Assemble and prepare documents for scanning.
- Ensure resolution quality is within department standards.
- Assign account numbers to incoming documents.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of folders containing imaged documents.
- Research change requests effectively gather all relevant information in order to resolve issues.
- Audit and prepare paperwork for archiving and recycle.
- Scan documents and maintain scanners on a daily basis.
- Work independently using initiative to solve problems and contribute to team efforts.
- Assignments and duties will vary widely based on department needs and priorities.
- May assist with special projects.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- 0-3 Years Experience
- Knowledge of:
- Principles, practices, and procedures of general office concepts including faxing copying and filing.
- Home Office policies and procedures.
- Skill in:
- Operating standard office equipment and using required software applications to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Perform accurate data entry, 10 key by touch, and type at least 30 words per minute.
- Organization of workload and attention to detail sufficient to handle high volume of documents.
- Ability to:
- Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in performing multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and writing, with internal associates and external contacts at all levels.
- Provide a high level of customer service.
- Learn and interpret department policies, procedures, and requirements.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
