Job Description:
Providing executive administrative support (answer phones, compose and edit written documents and emails, arrange travel, process expense reports, etc.)
- Travel Arranging and Travel Expense processing includes being aware of and following all LOB guidelines, obtaining all approvals for any exceptions prior to booking, and following up on documentation when processing the related Travel & Expense reports.
- Professionally interact with clients and employees on the phone, in email, and in person at working group meetings, and various other deal-related events (rating meetings, investor meetings, conferences).
- Maintain office supply stock, including all production supplies for proposal and presentation printing, binding and shipping
Experience/Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office (Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional work ethic, portraying a sense of pride, however big or small a task
- Capability of working independently with little supervision
Experience Preferred:
- College graduate preferred
- Experience with Concur System helpful, but not required
