The RB Business Management, Initiatives and Analytics Team supports the Retail Banking senior executives in formulating strategy and driving the business’ future. We work closely with senior executives across the Retail Banking Business on key strategic initiatives that span the full breadth of our business and client solutions. We also articulate the plans and priorities of the Retail Bank into a cohesive narrative with compelling data and visuals, designed for a broad range of audiences – including external analysts, internal audiences, regulators, Senior and C-Suite Leadership.
Overview
As a Business Strategy & Initiatives Associate, you will:
• Help formulate, crystalize, and drive the Retail Banking strategy
• Investigate custom client insights and create strategic value proposition recommendations
• Navigate multiple layers of a matrixed organization to identify, synthesize, and message core drivers of our business results to a variety of internal and external audiences
• Tell the business’ story in a way that captures the strategic vision, engages the audience, and fits the occasion
• Expand your strong experience with strategic presentations to communicate complex messages in a clear, compelling, and visually intuitive way
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure accurate, consistent, and robust content including financial results, client insights, and business strategy direction
• Deliver first-class work product while balancing tight deadlines

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, product management, finance, banking or business support related roles
Desired Skills
• Bachelor’s degree with strong GPA and evidence of advanced course work
• Knowledge of Consumer Banking and/or Retail Banking products and services
