Job Description:
The Resource Manager will be responsible for helping meet key deliverables, drive business priorities and enhance effectiveness of workforce management and financial planning for Enterprise Initiatives and Strategic Priorities (EISP.) In collaboration with Leadership, Finance, Human Resources and Space Management, the Resource Manager will produce accurate reporting of hiring and regularly monitor actuals/projections to ensure alignment to forecast. The Resource Manager will partner to design and produce reporting that provides insights on resource allocation, capacity surplus/excess, and other insights to inform business decisions and escalate risks.
The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, candidates are required to drive collaboration with teammates across organizations and with the management team to identify opportunities to improve, control and reduce risk.
EISP oversees front line unit activities related to operational resiliency of the firm’s critical services including leading the company’s crisis response across all lines of business and geographies in partnership with leaders across the bank, providing Program Management Office (PMO) support for the bank’s largest, and most complex, cross-enterprise strategic initiatives and Leading data strategy, governance and operations for the firm.
Required Skills:
• Minimum 4 year college degree required or 5 years of experience in business support including resource planning, forecasting and reporting
• Proven ability to design new processes in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders and end users
• Strong technical skills and proficiency with various reporting tools
• Ability to define requirements and assess potential resource management tools and recommend a solution based on the requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to align and influence
• Strong desire to build, own, and lead a process that is efficient, effective, and continuously being improved upon for the benefit of its users
