Bank of Ann Arbor is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their banking needs are met.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and through email
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution
- Educate clients on bank products and services
- Process client requests for new accounts, loans, and other banking services
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other bank departments to ensure client needs are met
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or banking, preferred experience in leisure industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
