The Graphic Designer and Production Professional will design, layout, produce, edit, photograph, and video record a variety of marketing assets for HTLF and the member banks.Primary Responsibilities
- Works with the marketing team members to understand project goals, target audience, and necessary deliverables. .
- Retrieves asset specs, develops creative designs and delivers technically sound files appropriate to the distribution medium.
- Follows established brand and creative guidelines developed for our customer segments, lines of business, and strategic projects.
- Creates sales collateral, brochures, factsheets, presentations, event materials, digital assets and ads, motion graphics, and more.
- Interprets and uses the brand style guides for logo, product branding (online/offline), branch merchandising, typography, packaging, photography, illustration, multimedia, video, and activation materials.
- Presents layout options with rationale to marketing teams.
- Follows budgets, timelines and internal processes for each project
- Works on a high volume of projects with changing deadlines
- Recommends, researches and lightly edits imagery (e.g., photography, illustration) to support effective execution.
- Creates final technical production and delivers creative assets.
- Ensures accuracy, attention to details and meets or exceeds the project objectives
- Ensures all appropriate compliance elements are in place and pays close attention to detail.
- Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Graphic Design required
- 3-5 years of Graphic Design experience for both traditional and digital channels. required
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and other applicable software applications. required
- Adobe After Effects experience. preferred
- Experience with photography and videography studio equipment. preferred
- Experience with Sharepoint, Salesforce, Marketing Automation platforms. preferred
- Experience with project management. required
- Ability to speak in and understand marketing and technological terms. required
- Proven ability to work independently. required
- Banking and finance or highly regulated industry experience. preferred

The targeted salary for this role is:
$58,399.00 - $75,919.00

Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location of the specific role as well as work experience, education, and skills of the selected candidate.
