Description
Position Purpose: Assist the Risk Management and Compliance Department in performing various compliance administrative duties to keep the Bank compliant with federal and state laws as well as internal policies and procedures.
What you’ll do
- Onboard and offboard employees in Risk Management and Compliance systems (Entre, Code Sentry, Verafin, Verint, Tandem, Medallion, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues and maintain functionality within physical security systems (Entre, Code Sentry, Verint, etc.).
- Perform quality control reviews of security equipment, primarily camera and alarm systems.
- Assist business units with completion of policy updates and preparation of policy reporting for the Board of Directors.
- Serve as a resource for employees and respond to day-to-day questions from management and staff.
- Assist with preparation and planning of meetings (i.e., Management Risk Committee, Compliance Committee, etc.), including compiling meeting packet information and transcribing minutes.
- Assist in drafting and updating departmental procedures.
- Timely completion of tasks to assist the Risk Management and Compliance Department, as assigned.

Working Conditions:
The individual will be required to be flexible during standard bank operating hours. Business travel may be necessary throughout the branch network and to attend training opportunities.
