Corporate Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
This is a full-time position with typical business work hours of 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, some over-time may be required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. As a Corporate Marketing Coordinator, you will be expected to demonstrate a sense of urgency, willingness to work closely with others, and be part of the team. This is a non-exempt position.
Purpose:
The Corporate Marketing Coordinator will support various marketing initiatives and be responsible for providing administrative support to key leaders within the organization.
Essential Functions/Duties:
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.- Monitor and engage communication with fans across all social media platforms in real time.
- Track and report social media analytics on a monthly basis and preform under certain goals.
- Maintain and update social media channels during events, etc.
- Support staff in organizing and capturing various projects.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media platforms, web analytics, rankings etc.).
- Apply for company awards and promote digitally (if applicable).
- Create and execute content calendar for digital media.
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information.
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success.
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
- Write marketing literature (brochures, flyers, press releases, media Q&A’s, etc.) to augment the BOEM’s presence in the market.
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships and collect testimonials.
Preferred Education & Experience Requirements
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.- Must have minimum 2 years marketing experience.
- Must have strong understanding of office management and marketing principles.
- Must demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
- Must be well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and databases required.
- Must have extensive knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
- Above average oral and written communication skills required.
