Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise all activities related to loans, including preparation of loan documentation, closing, funding, boarding, collateral monitoring, payment posting, Life of Loan Servicing and Customer service.
- Ensure that all current policies and procedures are implemented and followed. Review procedures and suggest changes to increase efficiency as well as productivity.
- Act as a liaison between various lending departments in order to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Supervise the productivity of department staff. Provide guidance and training to ensure continuance of staffs personal growth and education.
- Review and comply with the End-User Computing Agreement
- Acquire good knowledge on functions and usage of computer systems as related to the assigned job functions
- Be current and knowledgeable in industry's trend in safeguarding the Bank against confidential data leak, identity theft, fraudulent activities, and computer security threats.
- Reports suspicious activities to manager, Chief Risk Officer or Information Security Officer.

Minimum Years of Experience: 10 years
- Required: Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or customer complaints.
- Preferred: Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, employees, regulators, or board members.
- Preferred: Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality; ability to handle sensitive material concerning the Bank and our borrowers.
- Preferred: Analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions.
- Preferred: Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Preferred: Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; exceptional organizational skills required.
- Required: Experience with loan database software (Navigator) and loan documentation program (Laser Pro)
- Required: Ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior and follow the Code of Conduct.
- Preferred: Organizational ability with strong supervisory and management skills.
