What are the responsibilities and job description for the ExecAsst-RESG Origination position at Bank OZK?
This position is responsible for performing complex administrative duties and providing support to designated teams within the Real Estate Specialties Group (RESG).
Essential Job Functions:
- Acts as organizer and point of contact for Loan Committee, including coordinating tasks, collecting submissions, and confirming revisions are updated.
- Supports designated teams in developing documentation and presentations and tracking status of various items, activities, and deliverables.
- Works closely with various staff to accomplish department goals.
- Organizes conference calls between various parties and circulates dial-in information, as needed
- Coordinates internal and external meetings, as requested.
- Coordinates travel logistics and creates travel itineraries for multiple designated teams and locations.
- Completes expense reports in an accurate and timely manner for multiple designated teams and locations.
- Assists in coordinating and traveling for work-related events, including customer receptions and business conferences.
- Maintains Outlook calendar appointments and contacts.
- Provides support to other administrative assistants and RESG teams, as needed.
- Maintains good punctuality and attendance to work.
- Follows Bank policy, procedure, practices, and guidelines.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge and understanding of general technology concepts.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to interact professionally with staff, management, and real estate professionals, including borrowers, appraisers, engineering, and environmental consultants.
- Ability to organize work and multi-task to meet exacting deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively and productively under general supervision.
- Ability to travel with some overnight stays.
- Skill in using computer, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently to prioritize and complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Position Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required; associate or bachelor degree, preferred.
- Minimum of five (5) years of work experience in an administrative and/or customer service role, required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a commercial real estate and/or banking office, preferred.
Salary : $55,200 - $69,900
