Your Role:

In this role, you will elevate the Bank OZK culture by using a variety of medias to communicate our brand, business, policies, and processes. You will be responsible for a range of activities, from design inception to layout and production, for a wide variety of graphic art, print, and digital assignments. Providing support to the assigned department, you will focus on both conception and execution of ideas to accomplish business objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design print and digital materials that uphold the Bank OZK brand and inspire people to take action and engage with the content
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop content to enhance assigned objectives
• Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external collaborators to ensure deliverables are produced on time and meet standards
• Manage multiple design projects to support assigned objectives and corporate communications
• Display and encourage enthusiasm for continuous learning, scanning the marketplace and leveraging best practices from within and outside industry
• Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines to protect customers and bank assets
• Enthusiastically embrace, support, and model the bank’s values and mission

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design, required
• In lieu of the above education and experience, bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field required
• Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and digital design required
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite required
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects preferred
