Insulation Installer/Trainee

Banker Insulation is an independently owned Arizona company that has been in business since 1977. The company specializes in the installation of insulation products at both residential and commercial sites. Banker Insulation is currently searching for an Insulation Installer OR Trainee at the Cornville, AZ branch.

Duties:

• Residential installation of fiberglass batts, blankets, and blown insulation in multi-story buildings/homes
• Commercial installation of panels, sheet goods, fireproofing, acoustical and thermal batts, and spray-on insulation
• Removal and disposal of old/removed insulation materials
• Insulation Installer/Trainee
• Driving a company vehicle to jobsites
• Daily loading/unloading of truck

Qualifications:

• No experienced required, paid training is provided
• Ability to install (or learn how to install) various insulation materials
• Lift heavy materials (30-50 lbs.)
• Ability to withstand exposure to heat, dust, and other weather/construction site conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolds at multi-story residential sites and commercial buildings, work at heights, and safely climb in and out of small and non-climate controlled environments (attics, crawlspaces, etc.)
• Insulation Installer/Trainee
• Must have a valid driver's license, be at least 18 years old, and be authorized to work in the United States

Banker Insulation offers hourly paid training ($17/hour) and a piece rate pay plan (average of $19-29/hour) after training. Installers are paid on a weekly basis.
