Location: Salinas, CA, 93901
Summary
The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all employees are performing their duties to the best of their abilities. The successful candidate will have managerial experience and be able to lead a team effectively. They will also have knowledge of Title 31 regulations and be able to ensure compliance with these regulations. Organizational skills are a must, as the General Manager will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating staff, aswell as managing inventory and supplies. Knowledge of Bureau of gambling control regulations and compliance is also required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintain constant communication with customers; demonstrate superior customer service skills, as well as good organization and relationship skills with co-workers.
Overseeing gaming staff includes circulating among casino tables and observing operations to ensure that all stations and games are covered for each shift, and that everyone adheres to the rules of the games.
Ensure compliance with all Local, State, and Federal Regulations related to gaming.
Ensure that no one on the states self-exclusion program is in the casino.

Education and/or Experience
High school or GED equivalent required. Casino or gaming background preferred,
management experience a must
