POSITION DESCRIPTION: ONSITE in Newport Beach, CA

  • Interface between hiring managers and global consulting vendors
  • Support consultant onboarding how-to questions
  • -Validate sourcing requirements
  • Work with hiring managers to correct consultant assignment errors
  • Manage workflows, ensures timely approvals
  • Address global vendor questions
  • Facilitate calls between hiring managers and global vendors
  • Guide hiring managers through qualification reviews, interviews, and feedback
  • Ensure timely data receipt from global vendors
  • Prepare summary of weekly consultant requests for senior management approval

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Human resources experience
  • Project management/coordination experience
  • Proficient PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) including the ability to face off across all levels of an organization
  • Quick learning and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skill
  • Ability to multi-task, work in demanding, fast paced environment and handle multiple competing priorities and projects with high quality output.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
  • Technical background preferred but not required

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Project management: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Contingent Workforce management: 3 years (Preferred)
