Mortgage Service Specialist III
Tempe, AZ (100% On-site)
9-Month Contract to Extend/Hire: W2 Consultants Only

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in related mortgage business development activities.
  • May be required to perform a variety of Commercial Mortgage lending activities including Insurance, Impound/Escrow Accounts, Accounts Payable, Analysis, Loan Processing, Document Preparation, Records Management, and Document Control.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and/or 3 of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • A professional degree of creativity and flexibility is required.
  • Proactive and effective communication skills.
  • Strong data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) experience.
  • AFS experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

Physical setting:

  • Office

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Loan processing: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Banking: 2 years (Preferred)
