Operations Specialist III - Long Term Contract - Tempe, AZ (on-site)
Seeking an Operations Specialist to join our direct banking client located in Tempe, AZ. This position is a long-term contract to hire and requires being on-site in our client's Tempe office!
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
Research, coordinate, and recommend process enhancements to the division's operations, write procedures, and complete projects as directed.
Represent department in the design, development, testing, and implementation of system changes, new systems, or changes in policy and procedures.
Provide support for business group as required.
Represent the Business/Operations side of the project, and coordinate with Project Manager and project leads from constituent departments; act as liaison between offices, corporate departments, and system groups.
Typically requires two years of post-high school education, and 5 years of operation and analytical experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
