Job Description
Bankston Motor Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced, F&I Manager who can jump right into our team of professionals. We are interested in candidates who have a proven track record of achieving success in sales and customer satisfaction in a dealership Finance Office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Present financial products, both insurance and investment protection menus
- Oversee all customer loan origination/approval
- Monitor and oversee timely processing including funding of contracts
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
- Maintain solid relationships with lending institutions
- Meet and exceed monthly objectives
- Ability to work Saturdays
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience at an auto or RV dealership as a Finance/Business Manager preferred
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
- Computer Proficient
- Excellent selling skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent follow-through skills
- Closed on Sundays
- Potential Six figure income
Compensation: $12.00 hourly, plus commission
