About the Role
This is an incredible opportunity to get in early at a Pre-IPO Cyber Security company on a mission to modernize network access. We're looking for a QA Lead Architect with a wealth of experience in QA automation who can help modernize, streamline, and improve our testing systems.
What You'll Do
- 5 years of QA technical experience
- Experience with programming language and scripting, the ability to code is a requirement for this position
- Experience or interest in leading a QA team, effectively organizing and delegating tasks across QA team members to complete projects
- Demonstrated ability in working with automation engineers to help draft and design automation coverage, making it an integral piece in the software development and testing process
- Experience with automation tools and test frameworks in order to play a key role in defining our tools, strategy & process
- Experience automating Desktop and Mobile applications tests ( nice to have )
What You'll Bring
- Lead and mentor a team of off-shore QA engineers
- Define and implement automated systems for creating new and updating existing tests
- Collaborate with our development team
- Work closely with the developers to recreate customer issues and triage them
