Position Overview:

We are calling all tech professionals and visionary leaders! We're on the lookout for a Lead Software Engineer with a passion for extraordinary crafting solutions and leading teams to greatness. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of prior Management experience leading small, agile development teams.
• Design, implement, and test high-quality code in Java and JavaScript.
• Navigate Linux servers with troubleshooting issues.
• Proficiency with Docker/Docker Hub.
• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana (ELK stack).
• Experience with Selenium, Playwright, and Appium is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to manage and grow a small team of developers.
• Communicate with customers as well as prospective customers to support the sales process as needed.
• Chart the course of our product roadmap with the precision of a seasoned navigator, ensuring every step brings us closer to our vision of greatness.
