- SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITY - Job Summary (general statement of purpose or objective of position)Demonstrates proficiency in performing all therapy procedures specific to the patient setting. Must be able to demonstrate the skills and knowledge necessary to provide care appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
- MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge, skills, abilities, license, registration, certification, education, and experienceArkansas State Board license. CPR certification. OT: OTR or registry eligible occupational therapist. BS or MS graduate of AOTA accredited OT, curriculum program. PT: AR licensure by the AR State Board of Physical Therapy. SP: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology. TR: Education equivalent to B.A. in Recreation or related field. Eligble for certification in Therapeutic Recreation. Arkansas license to drive multi-passenger vechicle and eligible for insurance. Able to perform basic swimming skills.
