Summary
Perform activities related to the day-to-day administration and maintenance of Microsoft SQL databases. Handle installations, upgrades, backups, and configuration. Confer with appropriate managers regarding problems with and capabilities of Microsoft SQL databases. May do limited amount of design and programming. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements, Preferences and Experience
Education
Preferred: Bachelor?s Degree or higher (in related field).
Minimum: Appropriate IS Education/Training or Bachelor?s Degree or higher (in related field).
Experience
Preferred: 5 or more years of relevant experience.
Minimum: 4 years of relevant experience.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Minimum: DRIVER'S LICENSE (CURRENT)
Special Skills
Preferred: Proven experience that demonstrates advanced knowledge of complex computer design and support.
Minimum: Aptitude and skill in communicating and performing the techniques of information systems assessments.
