Job Overview:

Restaurant supervisors oversee the daily operations of a restaurant to ensure it runs smoothly. Their responsibilities include:

• Training and supervising staffThis includes recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Supervisors also coach, counsel, and discipline employees.
• Ensuring compliance with regulationsThis includes food health and safety standards, as well as hygiene and security standards.
• Maintaining quality and service standardsThis includes ensuring food is fresh, properly prepared, and served according to recipe specifications. Supervisors also ensure all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients.
• Managing inventory and financial aspectsThis includes ordering food, alcohol, and cleaning supplies, and maintaining inventory records. Supervisors also promote and manage effective financial operations, including maximizing profit margins on food products and beverages.
• Resolving customer complaintsSupervisors also ensure prompt and friendly customer service.

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and interacting with our online community. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and make a significant impact on our brand's online presence.

Duties:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that align with our brand identity
- Analyze social media data and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
