BARC Developmental Services is a not-for-profit agency serving Bucks County Pennsylvania individuals and families since 1951. BARC Developmental Services is currently hiring for the position of Quality Resources Coordinator based out of our offices in Holicong, Pennsylvania.

The Quality Resources Coordinator (Primary Incident Investigator), with the leadership of the Director of Quality Resources, is responsible to the individuals supported for contributing to proactive incident management related to consumer rights. At the request of the Director of Quality Resources or their designee, conduct incident investigations involving persons supported by BARC Developmental Services in the timeline established by the agency and funding sources.

The Quality Resources Coordinator (Primary Incident Investigator) generally works daytime hours, Monday through Friday, except when an investigation requires non-traditional work hours including evenings and weekends. The position is based in the corporate office in Holicong.

This position is expected to demonstrate support to individuals through consistent communication and practices among BARC Developmental Services sites, including assistance with maintenance of positive working relations with appropriate agencies, administrative officials, other associates, and the general public. The Quality Resources Coordinator may be expected to fulfill portions of other Quality Resources staff duties in the absence of another department member.

The satisfaction of the individuals supported through BARC Developmental Services is essential. The Quality Resources Coordinator is expected to assist individuals, family members and others with concern and empathy; respect their confidentiality and privacy and, at all times, communicate in a courteous and respectful manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in human resources management or a related field, and two-year previous work experience in human resources or related field required.
  • Valid Driver's License and willing to undergo background checks
  • ODP Certified Investigator preferred

The Quality Resources Coordinator works daytime hours, Monday through Friday, and is based in the corporate office in Holicong although travel to other BARC Developmental Services locations is expected. BARC Developmental Services offers paid training, paid time off and a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, life, short and long term disability insurance and more after 60 days of employment for full time employees. The starting salary range for this position is $42,000 to $44,000 per year based on qualifications.
