As a Fraud Operations AVP, you will join us to focus on managing the daily workflow of a large segment of the Bank's internal operations activities. You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge and expertise to review and recommend new methods and procedures to make daily operations more efficient. Your skills will allow you to manage, coach and mentor multiple teams performing the same or related functions.

What will you be doing?
- Managing daily staffing and workflow for Fraud Operations within the Fraud Resolution team, and ensuring adherence to department quantity and quality standards
- Identifying service delivery failures and escalating any issues and impacts to appropriate business owners
- Meeting regularly with individual team members, as well as coaching them to meet and exceed their metrics
- Utilizing reporting and direct observation to keep them abreast of their performance towards those goals
- Providing performance analysis to implement action plan strategies to improve overall performance
- Serving as resource for policy, procedure, and human resources questions/issues
- Decision making with system changes and projects across the division and in conjunction with other business units
- Communicating high-level results of decisions to management
What we’re looking for:
- 5 experience managing coaching and developing staff in a service operation including hiring, training, developing policies and procedures and other technological infrastructure
- 1 year(s) experience managing a team of 75 direct and indirect reports
- Four-year college degree required or relevant Merchant Disputes/Fraud experience
- Understanding of Association requirements pertaining to charge-back rights
