The Remarketing Analytics Specialist will ensure consistency in the extraction, interpretation, and application of all data. This position will work in collaboration with the Auction/Remarketing department in support of remarketing initiatives and will provide timely reporting of departmental metrics and goal tracking.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage all Barco Remarketing channel reporting activitiesManage the preparation and distribution of the Remarketing monthly reports to the leadership teamCreate, manage and report departmental metrics to measure volumes, accuracies and efficiencies and identify opportunities to more effectively meet business objectivesAnalyze industry trends by performing benchmark studies and analysis and provide recommendation for Remarketing processes and proceduresCollaborate with external guidebooks (Black Book, NADA, Kelley Blue Book, and ALG) to ensure accurate representation of Barco's truck valuesActively pursue and identify trends and opportunities for sales program enhancements/changes while maximizing customer satisfaction and business objectives of BarcoManage auction post sale reporting/analysis and provide pricing and operational improvements and recommendations to leadershipIdentify opportunities for dealer direct sales program enhancements/changes while maximizing dealer satisfaction and business objectives of Barco.Collaborate with the Remarketing team to improve analytics, performance tracking, and process improvements for Remarketing through benchmarking and strategic initiatives resulting in optimum efficiencyPresent proposals & analysis to the leadership teamAssist with any other duties assignedSkills and ExperienceResults driven and proactive, strong desire to own and execute area of responsibility with excellenceExcellent analytical & presentation development skillsStrong knowledge of Remarketing processesExcellent communication skills both written and verbalProblem solver/solution drivenHighly organized and good time managementHighly detail orientedProven decision-making, problem solving, and multi-tasking skillsAdaptability/flexibility to change as company requiresLanguages: English fluency requiredTraining/Education required: Bachelor's degree in finance, statistics, economics, or related field required Experience required: Minimum 3 years of professional financial services including Remarketing and analytics experience; Auto auction or other automotive experience required.Work Environment: This role requires the physical demands of prolong periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Wages: $24.00/hr - $27.00/hr DOEMust be willing to complete Background Check and MVR
